Refund Policy
DIGITALS: I do not offer refunds/exchanges due to the personalized nature of the products and digital files, but if a mistake was made on my part, please contact me at info@greedystitches.com as soon as possible so I can correct your order.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: I do not offer refunds/exchanges on physical products. I do not offer refunds/exchanges on personalized items due to the personalized nature of the product. This includes any physical product that is packaged and shipped, but is not limited to banners, screen print transfers, sublimation transfers, ornaments and other laser products, etc. If a refund/cancellation request is made on a non personalized item before it is packaged, I will refund purchase price minus 10%. The 10% that is not refunded, goes towards restocking and fees incurred by GS for payment processing.
If the physical product is damaged during shipping, please email info@greedystitches.com as soon as possible. I automatically include shipping insurance (up to $100) on every order. If the physical product has been personalized wrong, please email info@greedystitches.com as soon as possible so I can correct your order.
